Re: Chessnut Evo eboard and HCE
I would love to see Hiarcs support Chessnut Evo, and DGT - and if they support DGT then that would mean Graham's Drivers would likely work for other eboards like SquareOff Pro. I currently have a SquareOff Pro and likely will pick up an Evo as well. My EVO arrived so would also love to see Chessnut...

Re: Searching for Chessbase alike function "In this game..."
I also think if you filter a database so it only has the one game in the filter, then turn the filter on in the game explorer you can search for the position in that one game

Re: Stored variation within the cache is linked to the actual engine
That would be great! Thanks - having the cache saved is a great addition btw. Really improves the utility for analysis across multiple sessions when returning to the same position. Having it segregated by specific engine will be very helpful when exploring positions. Question - does the analysis onl...

Re: HCE on Linux?
HCE for Linux, that would be great! It works on Linux (I use it myself). Alas, due to the nature of Linux, releasing a commercial version is not very likely. The demand is very low and building for each distribution requires a lot of work. Could you produce a list of the steps required to have it c...

Re: HCE on Linux?
Just in case anyone was wondering, HCE Pro appears to be working very well on LINUX using GE Proton in SteamOS (Arch Linux). I have it running on my Steam Deck. I've tested the books (local and online), opening databases, database searches, analysis, playing a game, and analysis/blunder checking a g...

Would be great to be able to use your driver for the Square Off Pro with HCE Pro - I'd enjoy playing using HCE Pro

Deep Position Analysis Suggestion(s)
I noticed it was suggested we should post ideas for deep position analysis so here are some ideas: Initial tool... 1. Allow users to feed games from a database for analysis of all positions in the games to a defined depth or a defined time, or both with a specified engine 2. Allow users to specify a...

Re: New feature suggestion: Reference database
In the tree explorer if you use the menu button on the upper right (three lines) you can switch databases in whichever database tab you are in to view the tree for a different database. Then from there click the browse games button (folder icon).

Re: Dark mode for HCE for Mac
Thanks - that is a pity. How many different elements/colors need to be set? Maybe users can do it themselves if it is loaded from a config file?
